Refund policy

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the right mailing address is filled in at checkout. Please contact nadine@poppysmicks.com as soon as possible if you've entered the wrong address. Unfortunately, refunds can not be issued for entering the wrong address. 
  • Due to the nature of certain items, returns and exchanges will not be accepted on custom orders or digital downloads.
  • Any products being returned/exchanged must be in original condition, unless proven to be delivered defective upon arrival. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Please allow for approximately 2 weeks for refunds to be processed. Refunds can only be granted within 2 months of the original purchase date.
  • If a package does not arrive in the mail a replacement will be sent. For orders with a tracking number the product replacement will not be sent out if the the carrier company reports the package as delivered.
